Description

Design and implement machine learning-based recommendation systems within a healthcare context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendation systems using machine learning and AI techniques.
• Perform data manipulation and analysis to support model development.
• Address complex analytical challenges specific to healthcare applications.
• Explain technical concepts and model outputs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate healthcare data types and privacy regulations such as HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Expertise in data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying models on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
• Direct experience working with large-scale healthcare data or in a healthcare setting.
