Description

You will build and deploy AI solutions across the full machine learning lifecycle, from ideation to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive ML projects from ideation through production deployment, including data pipeline development and model serving.
• Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems.
• Implement MLOps best practices, managing experiment tracking and pipeline orchestration.
• Develop and execute testing strategies for LLM applications using quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver integrated AI features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Development.
• Expertise in Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of LLM architecture and fine-tuning techniques.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools like MLFlow.
• Scikit-learn proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex, ambiguous problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI systems.
• Background in developing testing strategies for LLM applications.
