Description

Build AI proof of concepts on the ServiceNow platform to support marketing, sales, and business development workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow backend logic, scripted REST APIs, and integrations for marketing and sales use cases.
• Build and integrate AI-driven POCs including agentic workflows for lead nurturing and LLM-backed content generation or classification.
• Implement RAG approaches to ground AI responses in internal data.
• Prototype ideas rapidly, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on evolving requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with backend development, integrations, and scripted REST APIs.
• Applied Generative AI development experience (LLM integrations, agentic designs, or RAG).
• Ability to translate fuzzy goals into working POCs.
• Comfortable working independently in an exploratory environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Addison, TX 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI into marketing, BD, or sales workflows.
• Front-end or UI Builder experience in ServiceNow.
• Snowflake or other modern data platforms background.
