Description

You will evaluate, design, and prototype AI/ML capabilities to automate operational use cases and own the release pipeline for internal generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Design and build prototypes for chatbot automation and audio recording integration.
• Develop call summarization tools and internal generative AI models.
• Set up and manage cloud-based sandboxes on Azure or AWS for proof-of-concept work.
• Implement initiatives following Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
• Ability to work with ND96amsr A100 v4 (Azure) or p4d.24xlarge (AWS) configurations.
• Experience implementing generative AI models.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
