You will lead AI/ML strategy and engineering, deploying scalable models and APIs that solve complex business problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of large-scale AI solutions into production, ensuring robustness and maintainability.
• Design and implement REST API integrations for seamless model accessibility.
• Drive innovation by adopting frameworks like Transformers and LLMs to address intricate business challenges.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with executive teams to define AI strategy, investment, and roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and strategy.
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, and transformer-based models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure AI.
• Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Strong experience integrating AI models via REST APIs in production environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in advanced statistical modeling techniques and scalable ML architectures.
