Description

Lead a small engineering team to build and deliver machine learning and data processing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct a small team of software engineers, managing performance and supporting career development.
• Provide technical leadership to evolve the technology stack and improve engineering methodologies.
• Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines for training novel machine learning algorithms.
• Own end-to-end delivery of solutions within an agile framework and strict timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, specifically within machine learning and natural language processing contexts.
• Proven experience in people management and leading technical workstreams.
• Deep understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications in Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in systems design with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ML solutions into production-grade software and managing the AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Exposure to C# and .NET development.
