Description

You will design and build production-grade AI agents and cloud-native platforms. This is a 100% hands-on engineering role with no people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using RAG, tool invocation, and policy-based routing.
• Build abstraction layers to integrate with multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex) and optimize for cost and latency.
• Develop scalable microservices and serverless functions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm.
• Create evaluation frameworks and observability tools to monitor agent accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java for backend development.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems, including agents and orchestration workflows.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures: microservices, containers, and serverless patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience integrating with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI).
• Ability to define test strategies and debug complex production systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Background in designing multi-agent or distributed AI systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale system integration.
