Description

You will build, ship, and maintain production-grade AI agents and orchestration systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents using RAG, orchestration, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate across model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex, open-source) while managing cost, latency, and accuracy tradeoffs.
• Build cloud-native backends using microservices, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy, monitor, debug, and optimize systems in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record shipping production AI/LLM systems, including agents and RAG.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex).
• Experience with microservices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Background in multi-agent or distributed AI systems.
• Enterprise integration experience.
