Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of a centralized platform for real-time monitoring, debugging, and optimization of AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a centralized observability platform for computer vision, machine learning, and large language models.
• Build metrics, monitoring dashboards, and alerts to provide insights into the performance, health, and behavior of AI models in production.
• Design diagnostic tools to identify model drift, bias, prediction errors, and other anomalies.
• Guide a cross-functional team of engineers and AI experts through mentorship and technical leadership.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI/ML model monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision (CV) and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Proficiency with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of ELK Stack and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
• Ability to design scalable architectures for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
• Any Graduate degree.
