Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI solutions for financial services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI strategies within financial services.
• Drive customer-facing discussions, solutioning, and technical presentations.
• Leverage cloud platforms to build and scale AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably insurance.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building GenAI solutions.
• Deep understanding of RAG, Multimodal data processing, and Agentic AI.
• Strong expertise in ML and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles and technical presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic vision for AI implementation in large-scale enterprises.
