Description

Manage the integration and lifecycle of AI Ops processes and BigPanda implementations. Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments to ensure continuous operation.
• Track AI system performance and optimize functionality through regular monitoring.
• Manage and customize Unified Analytics dashboards.
• Configure event correlation and automated playbooks.
• Maintain the infrastructure required for AI deployment and operation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with BigPanda and BigPanda LLM models.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow, Puppet, and Datadog.
• Proficiency with Ansible and configuration management.
• Experience with Slack integrations for operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI Ops processes and tool integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex AI systems.

• Any Graduate degree.
