Description

You will manage proactive monitoring, incident response, and AIOps automation for production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and detect anomalies from logs using Splunk, Prometheus, or Zabbix.
• Perform daily health checks and update system status every 2 hours in Confluence or SharePoint.
• Acknowledge incidents promptly, route them to the correct teams, and update P1/P2 ticket status every 4 hours.
• Create and update runbooks and SOPs to reflect current processes and ensure SLA compliance.
• Implement best practices in ML operations and productionization while collaborating with DevOps and data teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IT monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell) for automation tasks.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and ITIL processes.
• Ability to interpret logs, detect anomalies, and perform basic time-series forecasting.
• Strong documentation skills using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
