Description

Design and manage the deployment of AI models and LLM prompts for insurance underwriting workflows. You will automate data collection, integrate models into production systems, and implement predictive loss assessment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI prompts for live and batch interactions to automate underwriting processes.
• Integrate AI models into existing underwriting systems, ensuring compatibility with current workflows.
• Use AI algorithms to analyze submissions, assess risk factors, and predict potential loss scenarios.
• Collaborate with underwriting and IT teams to implement AI-driven tools that improve data accuracy.
• Implement loss assessment strategies to identify and mitigate risks using predictive modeling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total professional experience in software or data engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning fields.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Practical application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning principles and algorithms.
• Experience with prompt engineering and designing LLM-based outputs.
• Ability to integrate AI models into production workflows and existing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
