You will design and lead the implementation of scalable AI-driven digital platforms and end-to-end transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure solutions optimized for real-time arbitration use cases.
• Lead the delivery of AI-enabled solutions from requirement definition to execution.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units by translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Oversee the integration of AI technologies to optimize workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with legal experts and stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of software development experience.
• 8+ years in AI/ML roles, including 3+ years in an architectural or leadership position.
• Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, and Advanced RAG.
• Proficiency in deploying AI/ML models at scale and managing model lifecycles via MLOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Ability to implement security protocols and data compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of legal and arbitration workflows.
