Description

Owns the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions, focusing on infrastructure or application development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain LLM gateways, retrieval-augmented generation platforms, and AI-powered applications.
• Develop backend AI infrastructure, cloud services, and data pipelines, or design user-facing AI experiences and APIs.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement security, compliance, and governance controls, including logging and monitoring for auditability.
• Mentor Engineer I-level peers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features independently.

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience building backend applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases, RAG, or embedding models.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Splunk, AWS CloudTrail, ScienceLogic).
• Exposure to enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
