Description

You will build and scale the infrastructure and architectures supporting machine learning and NLP workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design functional processes, including scenario design, flow mapping, and prototyping, in collaboration with engineering teams and leadership.
• Document solution architectures and capture lessons learned from exploration and incubation phases.
• Lead assessments of the AI and automation market and the competitor landscape.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to refine product performance and presentation.
• Define support procedures and manage testing and training protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of NoSQL database design and RDBMS design and optimization.
• Strong understanding of basic algorithms, object-oriented design, and functional design principles.
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
• Ability to apply best practice patterns to software design.
