Description

You will own the engineering of our core agentic AI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable agentic components, including MCP servers, registries, and gateways.
• Implement multi-agent architectures and define tool invocation frameworks for agent orchestration.
• Establish runtime guardrails, policy enforcement, and data access policies across agents.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI agents and manage the complete model lifecycle using MLOps practices.
• Build secure API layers and enterprise connectors to integrate agents with data sources like Databricks and SQL systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agentic and GenAI development.
• Hands-on experience with Agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
• Strong expertise in designing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including chunking and hybrid search.
• Proficiency in MLOps and Platform Engineering, including CI/CD for ML systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of data integration, specifically with Databricks, SQL, and NetDocuments.
• Ability to implement security controls using OAuth and Azure AD for authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and managing enterprise-grade APIs and data connectors.
