Description

Key expectations:

•              Proven experience deploying and supporting AI/ML applications in on-premises or hybrid environments, not solely cloud-native platforms.

•              Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, monitoring, security, and platform reliability.

•              Experience operationalizing LLMs, Agentic AI solutions, RAG architectures, and machine learning workloads at enterprise scale.

•              Ability to manage model deployment, monitoring, governance, scaling, and production support.

•              Experience with financial services environments is highly desirable due to the security, compliance, and operational rigor required.

•              Candidates who primarily build proofs of concept or have only cloud-based AI experience without production ownership will not be a strong fit
