Description

Own the deployment, scaling, and reliability of AI/ML applications in on-premises and hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support AI/ML applications and LLMs in on-premises or hybrid environments.
• Manage model deployment, monitoring, governance, and production support at enterprise scale.
• Operationalize Agentic AI solutions, RAG architectures, and machine learning workloads.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and observability through infrastructure automation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes/Docker infrastructure for production stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure automation.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML applications in non-cloud-native (on-prem/hybrid) environments.
• Hands-on operationalization of LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and security in production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services environments with strict security and compliance requirements.
