Description

You translate AI reference architectures into secure, scalable cloud configurations, enabling development teams to build and operate AI solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Convert approved AI reference architectures into deployable cloud configurations across Azure, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Agentforce using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement governance policies, risk tiering, and compliance controls (HIPAA, CMS) into technical enforcement mechanisms including Azure Policy, RBAC, and data egress restrictions.
  • Build and maintain reusable platform components, landing zones, and paved-path templates to accelerate AI solution delivery and self-service capabilities for product teams.
  • Configure core AI platform services such as Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and MuleSoft integration layers while ensuring observability, secrets management, and environment promotion patterns.
  • Monitor platform health, capacity, and cost, supporting incident response and continuous improvement of platform reliability and security posture.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of cloud platform engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools including Terraform and Bicep.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and Policy-as-Code frameworks.
  • Platform familiarity across Azure, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Agentforce for configuring, integrating, and governing AI workloads.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML platform services such as Azure OpenAI, vector databases, and model gateways.
  • Strong understanding of identity, networking, encryption, and secrets management patterns in the cloud.
  • Experience implementing technical controls for regulated data environments (HIPAA, PCI, or similar).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) and translating policy into technical enforcement.
  • Experience with document intelligence, RAG architectures, or agentic AI patterns.
  • Azure certifications (AZ305, AZ400, AI102) or MuleSoft Certified credentials.
