Lead the strategy, design, and engineering of AI platform capabilities for agentic AI and workflows in a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own AI platform architecture and engineering best practices for scalable, resilient LLM-driven systems.
• Design and implement agentic workflow orchestration and operationalize agentic AI systems.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across multi-team programs, including planning, execution, and governance.
• Ensure operational excellence with strong risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Translate complex commercial lending requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience leading AI platform engineering and delivery in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience building with LangChain.
• Proven ability to design and implement agentic workflow orchestration.
• Experience building and operationalizing agentic AI systems.
• Strong background in platform architecture for scalable, efficient, and resilient AI platforms.
• Experience with LLMs and AI/ML technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
