Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable AI and ML solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI and ML solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable AI and ML solutions using AWS and cloud technologies.
• Own software delivery including scope definition, risk management, timelines, and quality.
• Drive innovation through generative AI and agentic AI approaches.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML platform development.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end machine learning lifecycle (data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring).
• Hands-on understanding of Agentic AI and generative AI frameworks.
• Experience defining AI architecture and deploying solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience contributing to backend and frontend systems in cloud-native environments.
