Description

You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for AI-driven applications and manage high-performance GPU workloads on Google Anthos.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, GPU utilization, and service performance issues.
• Deploy and manage containerized AI workloads on Google Anthos-powered clusters.
• Automate services using Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Optimize GPU-enabled workloads using CUDA and AI acceleration frameworks.
• Maintain runbooks and monitoring dashboards with New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technical support and platform operations.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Experience with NVIDIA and AMD GPU infrastructure in VMs and containers.
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures (GCP and AWS).
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Helm, and Terraform.
• Ability to manage workflows via ServiceNow and Jira.
• Direct experience supporting AI coding assistants like Codeium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GPU orchestration tools (Run:AI, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, or VMware Private AI Foundation).
• Exposure to Copilot or Tabnine.
