You will own the technical delivery of AI and automation initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows in coordination with engineers and business users.
• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for AI workflow automation, advising on best practices.
• Gather and apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in AI build initiatives.
• Ensure all automation solutions meet security, compliance, and change management standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional engineering or process automation experience.
• 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience leading and building AI/automated solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Demonstrated ability to architect, build, and deploy workflow automations at scale.
• Strong knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like PowerAutomate and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Polar, and BigPanda.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
