Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI-driven enterprise software.
• Evaluate, compare, and select appropriate LLMs based on performance, cost, security, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, architects, and UX designers to deliver Agentic AI and RAG solutions.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering AI or enterprise software products.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini or Claude for enterprise use cases.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of total working experience.
