Description

You will own the development and deployment of AI assistants and custom agents to solve business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve.
• Convert business needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
• Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools.
• Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred).
• Strong experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience with Glean, Replit, or Copilot Studio.
• Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
• 1 year tenure in previous roles.
