Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI features from idea through to production.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract ideas into working products rapidly.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and build features.
• Gather user requirements and clarify complex problems into actionable plans.
• Define and drive product strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Balance rapid development cycles with maintaining product integrity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving tech environments.
• Experience shipping products powered by AI/ML (LLMs, GPT-based tools, NLP, etc.).
• Fluency in core AI concepts: transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Product Management and Product Lifecycle frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM and RAG implementation patterns.
• Strong product sense to prioritize when to iterate versus when to launch.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
