You will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, translating complex technical requirements into clear business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for AI/ML and cloud-based products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead large, multi-team product initiatives, collaborating with engineering and fellow product managers to execute complex workflows.
• Engage with engineering teams to discuss technical architectures, including LLMs, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and MLOps.
• Define and track product metrics to make data-informed decisions and articulate technical visions to senior leadership.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive product leadership without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall experience with a significant portion in product management.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic architectures, and RAG pipelines.
• Practical experience with technical cloud-based products (AWS, Google Cloud) and MLOps.
• Strong ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading multi-team product initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agentic architectures and advanced LLM applications.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on defining and tracking key product metrics.
