Good to Have Skills: Experience in Claims, Disputes, and Fraud Operations, journey mapping, market analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and designers, scrum team experience, product metrics analysis, requirements writing and epic creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on overall product experience
• Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic product roadmap
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers to gather requirements
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development lifecycle
• Support design and architecture of solutions while focusing on various stages of SDLC
• Leverage user research and customer feedback to fuel creation of innovative products with AI augmentation

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain area, 2+ years of engineering or equivalent technical exposure
