Description

You will own the product lifecycle for AI-augmented operational tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to gather requirements and support solution architecture.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze and track product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets.
• Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• 2+ years of engineering or equivalent technical exposure.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Cloud Software and SDLC.
• Strong grasp of Agile Methodologies and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with User Research and Excel.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Claims, Disputes, and Fraud Operations.
• Skills in journey mapping, market analysis, and product metrics analysis.
• Experience working within a scrum team.
