You own the strategy and execution lifecycle for AI-driven products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify use cases where AI adds measurable business value and assess feasibility.
• Define data requirements and manage model training cycles while balancing accuracy and performance.
• Establish AI-specific metrics (e.g., precision, recall) and manage the product backlog.
• Design user interfaces to accommodate probabilistic AI outputs and implement feedback loops.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering and data science teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional working experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of AI models and their capabilities.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Ability to define and track AI-specific performance metrics.
