Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI systems, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Champion product vision and strategy for agentic AI, translating user pain points into clear requirements and objective functions.
• Guide the end-to-end lifecycle for LLMs, establishing evaluation frameworks for foundational and open-source models.
• Define integration strategies with observability, incident management, and deployment ecosystems for automated diagnostics.
• Own the AI safety, reliability, and governance framework, working with legal and compliance on policies and fallbacks.
• Oversee RAG pipeline strategy, defining data quality requirements and feedback loops for knowledge freshness.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience, with significant product management tenure.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic architectures, and MLOps.
• Practical experience with AWS or Google Cloud technical cloud-based products.
• Strong grasp of RAG pipelines, prompt synthesis, and validation loops.
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams without hands-on coding.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-team product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking product metrics (SLOs, KPIs).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring peers on AI product management and safe deployment patterns.
• Background in defining deterministic fallbacks and least-privilege access strategies.
