Align and manage organization-wide AI product development initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand needs, prioritize use cases, and adopt AI technologies effectively.
• Lead insight gathering, ideation, and development of innovative AI-powered business models.
• Establish Responsible AI Principles and collaborate with industry leaders, legal, and security teams to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with technology teams to develop AI products and promote their adoption across the organization.
• Drive product development within multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in building and scaling AI platforms, especially leveraging Generative and Agentic AI for enterprise solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in business, including machine learning fundamentals and algorithm development.
• Proven leadership in product development within multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
