Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI products.

Identify high-value AI use cases that improve healthcare operations and customer experience.

Manage and prioritize the Agile product backlog.

Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Define AI agent behaviors, decision boundaries, success metrics, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Partner with engineering teams to design scalable AI architectures.

Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate AI accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Drive AI governance, compliance, transparency, auditability, and responsible AI initiatives.

Lead product launches, pilot programs, and continuous product improvements.

Present product strategy and progress to executive leadership.

Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams throughout the product lifecycle.

12+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience.

Healthcare Product Management.

Consumer Healthcare Product Development.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Healthcare Experience

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.

Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation products.

Strong healthcare domain expertise.

Experience managing enterprise Agile delivery.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
