Description

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI products while managing the Agile backlog and driving responsible AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI products.
• Identify high-value AI use cases that improve healthcare operations and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI agent behaviors.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to design scalable architectures and evaluate AI performance.
• Drive AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI initiatives while leading product launches.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
• Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation products.
• Strong healthcare domain expertise, including consumer healthcare product development.
• Experience managing enterprise Agile delivery and product lifecycle management (PLM).
• Ability to define AI agent behaviors, decision boundaries, and success metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows and AI transparency/auditability.
• Background in driving continuous product improvements through pilot programs.
