Own the full lifecycle of AI products from planning to implementation, ensuring scalable solutions integrate with existing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, and drive AI opportunities and automation improvements.
• Gather business requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs to align with enterprise AI platform needs.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Delivery teams during Agile sprints to ensure successful implementation.
• Track product performance using KPIs, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Insurance, specifically Underwriting and Claims processes.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML or Advanced Analytics solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and product backlog management.
• Ability to map processes, document requirements, and understand AI/ML concepts, APIs, and data pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms (e.g., EverAssist).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
