Define and lead the product vision for AI-enabled dashboards, reporting platforms, and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI-driven development workflows and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design applications, APIs, and data models.
• Drive the modernization of legacy reporting systems into modern application frameworks.
• Develop prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools and validate ideas through rapid prototyping.
• Establish standards for AI-assisted development, code quality, and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
• Proficiency with data platforms such as SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, React, and TypeScript for building web applications.
• Experience with backend technologies including Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, BI tools, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with testing and AI-assisted test generation.
