Description

Oversee the planning, development, and tracking of an AI project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to prioritize AI use cases through ideation sessions and hackathons.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of global AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Manage program budgets and optimize resource utilization across project phases for cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT program management, specifically with SaaS Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Familiarity with Jira Align and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to AI systems.
• Proven success in leading large-scale AI projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field or relevant certifications.
