Description

You will own the application of AI to solve customer problems within the construction domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI integration into software.
• Prepare and clean complex datasets for model training and analysis.
• Evaluate, refine, and monitor the performance and risks of deployed AI models.
• Advocate for responsible and scalable AI adoption across technical teams.
• Present project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models professionally.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
• Experience understanding deployment and monitoring requirements for production AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to balance AI functionality with UX and explainability concerns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of independent and team-based work.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the construction domain or industrial software.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines and model governance.
