Description

You will translate business requirements into effective prompts and instructions for LLMs, partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve AI-generated responses and knowledge content. This role requires validating AI outputs, identifying knowledge gaps, and supporting the onboarding of new product domains into the AI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into AI-driven solutions and effective prompts for LLMs.
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders to improve AI-generated responses and knowledge content quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate, enhance, and fill gaps in AI-generated documentation.
• Facilitate technical discussions and requirements-gathering sessions to define how AI agents interpret user questions.
• Guide AI behavior by understanding system architecture, data flow, and integrations to align outputs with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical product, AI, or solutions architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flow, and technical integrations.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with structured data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to facilitate meetings across technical and business teams.
• Experience creating, reviewing, or improving technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Familiarity with Agile product environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or enterprise knowledge management platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI products or AI assistants.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HCM products.
