Description

Lead the strategic development and implementation of AI-driven programs and products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical audiences.
• Develop and manage grant proposals.
• Implement strategic initiatives while managing cost and data constraints for GenAI development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence and GenAI applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of AI use cases, ethical considerations, and policy implications.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and consensus-building skills.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the public sector or with government agencies.
