AI Program Manager

You will manage the lifecycle of AI projects from concept through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and document functional/non-functional requirements for AI solutions.
• Develop detailed plans covering project phases, timelines, and day-to-day execution tasks.
• Identify technical and business risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regular progress updates, metrics, and blockers to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Experience defining and documenting best practices for model versioning, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data ingestion, processing, and feature engineering technical requirements.
• Ability to produce code, model prototypes, and analytical reports (data processing, feature engineering).
• Experience documenting model explainability, fairness, and ethical considerations.
• CS background and Master's degree or higher.
• Demonstrated experience with AI use cases.
• Proactive, responsible, and quick learning approach.
