Description

You will manage the lifecycle of AI projects from concept through production deployment.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions.
• Develop detailed plans covering project phases, timelines, and day-to-day execution tasks.
• Identify technical and business risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regular progress updates, metrics, and blockers to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Experience defining and documenting best practices for model versioning and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data ingestion, processing, and feature engineering technical requirements.
• Ability to produce code, model prototypes, and analytical reports.
• Experience documenting model explainability, fairness, and ethical considerations.
• Demonstrated experience with AI use cases.

Preferred Skills

• CS background and Master's degree or higher.
• Proactive, responsible, and quick learning approach.
