Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI projects involving approximately 150 team members across multiple locations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams spanning engineering, data, product, and business functions across distributed teams.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks for complex initiatives.
• Act as the coordination point between teams in Poland, in alignment with teams in India and the US.
• Drive alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders at different seniority levels globally.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive-level communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Track progress across parallel streams and ensure delivery against established milestones and deadlines.
• Identify risks early, manage escalations, and drive resolution across teams to maintain project momentum.
• Control scope and ensure structured change management processes are followed throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project performance to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ensure delivery quality and consistency across all workstreams while maintaining high standards.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in project or program management in technology-driven environments. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team projects with 100+ people scale preferred. Experience working in global, distributed environments with strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership exposure
