Description

Lead end-to-end project management for AI and machine learning initiatives through the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across AI initiatives.
• Drive execution with strong ownership, proactive follow-ups, and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance protocols.
• Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and detailed risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for tracking and documentation.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework practices.
• Experience governing AI/ML projects, including understanding use cases, data dependencies, and model lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain execution focus in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Data Science or Machine Learning engineering.
