Description

You will lead AI/ML and data analytics project delivery from planning through deployment, managing complex enterprise initiatives with budgets over $1M.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables for concurrent AI/ML and data projects.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, PMO, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and business standards.
• Review AI models, training datasets, feature engineering, and architecture plans to validate technical execution.
• Drive AI adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational change management and training.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and project documentation while managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years managing AI/ML and Data Analytics projects.
• Strong proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, PMBOK, and ITIL methodologies.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle, data pipelines, and Generative AI initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI technical documentation, API manuals, and cloud architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Azure or AWS cloud-based AI project delivery experience.
