You will lead Major Incident Management and coordinate AI-driven project delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Major Incident Management response, diagnosing, escalating, and resolving critical incidents to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Spearhead process alignment by integrating security functions with the broader organization, including budget and resource allocation.
• Support Clarity rollout testing, gather feedback, and drive usage adoption.
• Apply Scrum methodologies to manage AI project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP and Scrum certifications required.
• Strong understanding of Azure Services and Functions.
• Experience managing AI projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of .NET Core.
• Experience with React.
