Description

You will manage the lifecycle of AI and ML projects from inception to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate efforts between data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams.
• Evaluate feasibility and complexity of proposed AI solutions with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 2-3 years specifically managing AI/ML or data-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including model training, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with PMP methodologies.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
