Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced prompt commands aligned with enterprise application workflows.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a centralized prompt library for scalable, enterprise-wide usage.
  • Create technical prompts tailored for developers, QA testers, and techno-functional users to streamline scenarios across the application lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with application developers, QA teams, and functional users to understand processes and craft relevant prompts.
  • Implement best practices for prompt versioning, validation, and reuse within the organization.
  • Ensure prompts facilitate effective interaction with AI models while safeguarding accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Document prompt strategies, usage protocols, and library architecture for enterprise users.
  • Continuously improve prompts based on feedback, AI output analysis, and evolving application needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to technical teams on optimized prompt usage in enterprise workflows.


 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in prompt engineering within enterprise or application development environments.
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Solid background in software development, with experience in coding and scripting (e.g., Java, C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of NLP, large language models, and AI interaction design.
  • Experience in setting up and managing enterprise prompt libraries, repositories, or knowledge bases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into well-structured prompts.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.


 

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior hands-on experience in application development projects across multiple phases.
  • Familiarity with AI deployment tools, version control, and documentation platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration points.
  • Exposure to AGILE or DevOps methodologies
