You will design and maintain enterprise-grade prompt libraries to streamline AI interactions across application lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced prompt commands aligned with enterprise workflows.
• Build and manage a centralized prompt library for scalable, organization-wide usage.
• Create technical prompts tailored for developers, QA testers, and functional users.
• Implement best practices for prompt versioning, validation, and reuse.
• Document prompt strategies and provide guidance to technical teams on optimized usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle (requirements to maintenance).
• Software development background with coding skills in Java, C#, SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, large language models, and AI interaction design.
• Experience setting up and managing enterprise prompt libraries or knowledge bases.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into well-structured prompts.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in application development projects across multiple phases.
• Familiarity with AI deployment tools, version control, and documentation platforms.
